Iran Heritage Task Force (IHTF) announces a New Website

Dear Iran Heritage Members and Friends:

It is our pleasure to announce a new website for Iran Heritage in place of the original website which was created in 2001. This site is more flexible and offers more features. The new website, which highlights Iranian heritage in areas such as its arts, sciences, history, and language is broader in scope than the original and, it is hoped, will present the Iranian contributions to the world, to visitors to the website.

For many this site will help realize the dream of preserving Iranian culture and history. Through this site we will raise the awareness of the Iranian and non-Iranian community by posting new and useful research and by holding conferences. We will also intend to broadcast our message through mass media. But because we cannot reach all the people throughout the world, we ask you to share this site’s address with others.

We plan to add more information to the site, but we need your help by sending us articles, your research, and anything which relates to Iran’s history. So far all the work has been accomplished with the help of few volunteers.
