Dear Professor Ala and Friends,

I enjoyed reading your article about civic responsibility, below I have
listed seven steps toward establishing a Zarthsohti missionary program
dedicated to creating awareness.

1- Only a vast well-organized membership of an institutionalized
organization is capable of supporting missionary and humanitarian
assignments on worldwide bases, i.e. Mormon Elder program.

2- There is a derivation for every global society, a head quarter with great
financial and human resources. (Mormon institute in Utah)

3- In these modern times, the most proper place for the establishment of a
foundation for a global society, is the United States of America. ($100 goes
far in India and Brazil)

4- The greatest awareness of Zoroastrianism in the US is amongst exiled
Iranian in Los Angeles. This minority with their American
spouses/counterparts makes the highest standard of citizens in the U.S,
financially and intellectually.

5- Although this financially strong society of Southern California has a
strong connection to their ancestral Religion, the philosophical doctrine of
Zarathushtra by it self has not served their cause in creating a fully
functional sense of Community. There are many places to preach Zarthoshti
doctrine, but no place to practice it.

6- The fundamentals of a community should serve the whole family, their
guests and their goals. Some of the essentials for establishing a community
are as followed; Calendar of holidays and celebrations, Prayer Sessions,
Education in regards to the essence of the Good Religion, Choir,
Entertainment, Art and Theatre, Field trips, Child Care (Parsi teaching),
Seniors assistant programs, Business exchange, immigration services, Media,
Fundraising and more.

7- A well-established community will naturally raise interest and momentum
in promoting the Culture and believes of the community. It will not only
absorb any interracial/interfaith marriage to the community, it would reach
out to the seven corners of the planet.
